Important Information about Appeals:

  1. One-time Submission: Please note that appeals can only be submitted once. If your initial appeal is unsuccessful, you will have the opportunity to escalate the appeal to an independent adjudicator.

  2. POPLA Code: If your appeal qualifies for further review by an independent adjudicator, a POPLA code will be provided to you via email. Please keep this code safe, as it will not be re-issued once sent.

  3. Follow PCN Instructions: To ensure a successful formal appeal, carefully read and follow the instructions provided on the Parking Charge Notice (PCN). Adhering to the guidelines will help you lodge a proper appeal.

  4. Appeals via Email: Please be aware that appeals submitted via email will not be accepted and are not considered valid. Follow the designated appeal process outlined on the PCN.

  5. Include Relevant Documentation: When submitting your appeal, ensure you provide all relevant documentation necessary to support your case. We will not accept any additional documentation after the appeal has been assessed and an outcome determined.
