Yes, all our operatives have undergone extensive in house training in conjunction with the training and subsequent licensing of each individual with the Security Industry Authority.
If you require the site to be patrolled and enforced on a regular basis this can of course be activated with the use of one of our local agents. Or you may prefer only to use the enforcement service on an ad hoc basis. The service can be tailored to your individual needs and is completely flexible.
Yes, one of our area operations directors will conduct an initial meeting and site visit/survey to discuss your requirements and present CUP philosophy.
Yes, we have an appeals and complaints department specifically dedicated to resolving any queries regarding the ethical treatment of the members of the public and the professional conduct of our personnel in the field.
Yes, we have dedicated staff at our headquarters dealing on a daily basis with the members of the public, our operatives and our client needs.

Yes, all of our operatives are trained and licence in accordance with the government backed Security Industry Authority licensing scheme. We have adopted, and stringently adhere to, an approved code of conduct. We provide an appeals and complaints procedure for all of our clients and members of the public. We are also members of the safe contractor health & safety scheme.
